Breast cancer survivors and patient support groups online
With the digital support groups, women from everywhere in Israel and around the world can get support and response in the comfort of their choice. With the digital space, it is possible to meet with women who have been through exactly what you have been through, to express themselves and share the difficulties, fears, and struggles that accompany the disease.
The support group is built around a similar experience – women who have undergone chemotherapy, women who have not undergone chemotherapy, carriers who have fallen ill and recovered - and consists of a limited number of participants, and is led by a facilitator with extensive experience in breast cancer.
Meetings are held online, once a week on a fixed day and time.
In addition, different groups are opened according to the need arousing from the field: a group for spouses, children of, parents of, companies of. Do you need a specific group? Talk to us and we'll try to help.

"The group allowed me to meet women in a situation similar to mine, women who know exactly what I'm struggling with. Women with the same doubts, fears and difficulties as me. From the common place, we shared experiences, questions, questions and encouraged each other. The open conversations caused elation, a sense of belonging and new friendships." (Moriah Oron, support group participant, July 2023)
"The ability to remain anonymous behind the screen makes it easier to share and reveal intimate details about the difficulties, physical phenomena and emotions charged towards family or friends who have disappointed. It also makes it easier to consult with members of the group. The convenience of 'not leaving the house' to help and be helped is a very significant tool during treatments." (Sigal Yerushalmi, support group participant, September 2023)
